Every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective piece, we are happy to help. 💖

🔸 Return Eligibility

• Only damaged or wrong products are eligible for return.
• Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Please share an unboxing video (mandatory) as proof of damage.
• Product must be unused and with original packing.

🔸 Refund / Replacement

• Once the damage is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund (as applicable).
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

🔸 Non-Returnable Items

• Items with minor color variations or design differences (due to lighting or screen display).
• Products that have been used, altered, or washed.

We ensure strict quality checks before shipping.
